My order took an inordinate amount of time...

My order took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. Not sure what took so long from order date to date of shipping. I'm not sure if each piece is made when the order is placed. If so, that would answer that question. However, the USPS lost my item for a few days. Tracking stopped at one point and didn't pick up again for about 4 days. At that point Erica asked if I wanted a refund but I told her I'd wait a few more days while she tried to track it. My item was delivered within a couple of days after I informed her of the problem. It was definitely worth the wait! The necklace is everything I hoped it would be and more. It looked weighty in the site photos and it is exactly that. Not Mr T heavy, but substantial. I like bigger pieces of jewelry so it fit the bill perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to order from her again.
