Our jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic. Our pieces are 16k Gold Plated on Brass or Gold Filled (stated in item description).
Although our pieces do have a special tarnish resistant coating, we do not recommend wearing them 24/7 or exposing them to any type of liquids(Makeup, Perfume, Sweat, Pools, Showers, Oceans, etc.) Since majority of our pieces are Gold Plated they have to be treated more carefully than our Gold Filled pieces. If they are well cared for, they will last!
We kindly ask to avoid excessive contact with any type of liquids, so the quality of your pieces stay perfect! Simply using a jewelry cloth to wipe your jewelry will help clean it.
SHIPPING & ORDER STATUS

We currently offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping. After our 3-7 day processing period, it can take anywhere from 3-5 days to be delivered to you. If you need something sooner, please email hello@walshjewelry.com.
Once you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation email of your purchase. After the 3-7 day processing period, your order will ship and you will receive and email with tracking information. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Walsh Jewelry does not accept returns, but we are more than happy to exchange your unworn jewelsry as long as they are in the same, brand new, and packaged condition as when shipped. Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
Final Sale items, which are not eligible for return or exchange, include earrings, sale orders & orders placed with a discount code.
All items eligible for exchange must be returned with an attached exchange form.
